Crescendo is a 2D combat action game, where you conduct a musical world around you through your actions. Travel through an eerie fairy tale world that is teeming with music and battle the monstrous personifications of an orchestra.
My responsibilities on the team were:
Implementing SFX and music tracks for interactions and ambience (90+ Wwise events)
Authoring a system of Wwise States that tracked the player's action, selected instrument, and boss action for each of the three boss phases
Implementing reactive audio tracks using Wwise’s Interactive Music layout
Collecting unused tracks written by our composer, combining, and editing them to fill in where audio was missing in the game
